Dare to Daydream

It’s one thing to daydream. It’s another to put ACTION to the thoughts and visions you daydream.

Daydreaming is a task that can unleash all the magical possibilities that could happen in this world.

Using your imagination can help you become a better performer, increase your creativity, connect yourself to your inner child, and help create images of the things you want to accomplish.

Whether you daydream and imagine flying monkeys jump rope down a rainbow.

Or can imagine the iconic Sasquatch lurking in the woods.

Or maybe you can imagine a purple elephant enjoy grapes with their purple elephant herd at the watering hole.

You can imagine ANYTHING - and this include imagining YOUR FUTURE.

You can also daydream about…

Becoming a professional athlete, wearing the jersey of your favorite team, and the stadium chanting your name.

Or maybe you can imagine the morning routine that you’ve always wanted to start.

Or you can vividly see the person you want to become and all of the qualities you want to encompass in that unlived life.

NEWS FLASH - you are in control of what you think is possible or not. You are in charge of the daily decisions that work towards your daydream.

It’s only a one way street if YOU make it that way. Action is required to put that dream to work. Anything can happen.

What do you daydream about?

Where does your mind spiral to when the moments become still?

Does it go to your family?

Your sport or craft you are working on?

Your own health?

Your business?

Your lifelong dreams?

No matter where you are, what journey you are on, you can use the power of visualization to start the process to live your desired life.

Everything happens twice in life - once in our minds and twice in real life.

The images and movie you play in your head MATTERS and can help create clarity around the journey you want to take.

My challenge to you this week - take a few minutes to let your mind wander.

Put away screens, shut the door, find a moment where it’s just you.

Give yourself permission to let go of all expectations and reality.

With the curiosity and wonder of a child, let your thoughts reveal to you what matters most.

Where does your mind go?

Where your thoughts go, energy flows.

After you daydream, it’s time to take ACTION

What’s one small action you can take today to start your journey?
