Who is a WARRIOR?
A warrior is a soul willing to go into battle, regardless of the fear they feel in their body. They forge on, even in the face of perceived dangers and risks.
The Warrior has a brave heart and faith in oneself to be triumphant and survive. Arrows can be zooming by their head, but that doesn’t stop the Warrior from courageously advancing forward to dominate the enemy.
The Warrior understands that the enemy is sometimes external, but more often internal.
The battle of their own mind is understood as one of the most important battles to win.
There are two characters in each of us.. The lesser self and the heroic self.
The lesser self is demeaning, harsh, feeds oneself limiting thoughts and is pulled towards the negative.
The heroic self is uplifting, gives oneself grace, recognizes limiting thoughts but rejects the false reality, and uses effort to think positively.
The Warrior recognizes these two characters, but undoubtedly fuels and nurtures the heroic self - the driving force to put greater good into your life and this world.
The Warrior seeks challenges outside their comfort zone that will make them stronger.
The Warrior understands that to prevail they must do the things that others are unwilling to do, and do them consistently well.
The Warrior stays ready so they don’t need to get ready.
The Warrior is responsible for their primal vessel as it’s the only machine they have control of.
The Warrior is diligent and intentional about their sleep, nutrition, movement, and consumption (of food, water, and social media).
A Warrior prepares and trains their focus to be prepared for whenever the enemy strikes.
The Warrior becomes self-aware through daily practices and inner work that can often be uncomfortable.
The Warrior strips the ego away and embraces their role to help their fellow Warriors win the war together, as a unit.
Warriors gain their confidence and strength from hours and hours of training and preparation.
The Warrior strives to achieve deep training - the type of practice where the a state of flow is created.
There is a Warrior inside of all of us.
The voice that is speaking “heroic” words is actually sharing our self-truths.
We each have a primal instinct to bust through limits and achieve whatever that big thing is, but we have been raised in a society where comparison to others determines our worthiness. We have been conditioned with gunk and unrealistic expectations from modern society that have clouded our view of who we are truly capable of becoming.
The Warrior is willing to peel back all the layers of gunk and recognize the lies they have been told and are still telling themselves.
The Warrior is willing to do this work to find and feed their inner self-truths of strength to create dependence and confidence.
